Why did I create this workshop?
I have 30+ years of real-world experience balancing family, work, and home cooking. As a wife and mother, I understand the daily challenge of getting meals on the table while juggling busy schedules.
I’ve been teaching cooking classes and sharing my meal plan system for almost 20 years using the key foundations & systems that have worked for me (and my mom and grandmother.)
Then along came generative AI tools promising to make life easier. But let’s be honest, without a plan and key knowledge of how to use them effectively, AI can create more chaos than clarity. You need a clear plan, not endless recipes, meals you’ll never make, and grocery lists full of things you don’t need.
Drawing on more than 30 years of real-world experience and expertise in project management, technology, and AI, I created this workshop to make meal planning simple and help families connect over healthy, home-cooked meals.
