Celiac’s disease is a growing problem in America today, more and more people are having to change to a gluten-free diet. Unfortunately, I have personal experience on how difficult it is to find gluten-free products and restaurants as my father was diagnosed with this later on his life. I also have a good friend who struggles with this and is always seeking out great restaurants with gluten-free meals.
