2 Mango, peeled, pitted and diced
2 tablespoon red onion – diced
2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp Serrano or Jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 mint leaves, approx
1 juice of lime
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, let sit for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
